About Capt. Eric.
Captain Eric has lived in South Florida his entire life. Fishing his home waters since he was a kid, he has perfected targeting just about everything that swims in South Florida. While his original obsession with fishing started with bass, it soon progressed to peacocks and the other exotic invasive fresh water fish that found their way into the local waters. However, it didn't stop in the fresh. Searching for bigger and more powerful fish, Capt. Eric quickly dove into targeting inshore saltwater species where his perfected skills as a freshwater angler cross over seamlessly. Capt. Eric regularly chases after Snook, Tarpon, Redfish, and other inshore species every opportunity he gets. When he's not terrorizing every fish that swims in South Florida, Capt. Eric also has an affinity for smallmouth bass in the rivers of Minnesota, and exploring any water outside of his home territory. Captain Eric's next goal in his guiding career is to begin hosting international trips. First up is the Amazon for the double digit peacock bass they have in the Rio Negro river basin. Ask Capt. Eric about booking for the Amazon.
